Refurbishment and reconfiguration of retail units

This project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a defunct situated on two floors within. was subdivided into four units to include a stationery shop, fashion shop, bookmakers and a newsagents. All work was undertaken in a live environment and segregation of the works from the public was vital. Deliveries were scheduled “out of hours” to ensure no disruption to the day to day activities of the other tenants of the building. Works included new wall and floor finishes, glazing, welfare facilities, sales areas, storage facilities, offices etc.
